Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases of products and services from Buildplate, including filament, custom prints, prototyping, and related manufacturing services.

2. Orders and acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and technical feasibility. Buildplate may reject or cancel orders where pricing, stock, technical specs, payment authorization, or compliance concerns arise.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, and service charges are presented during checkout or quotation. Payment processing methods are communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery, lead times, and risk

Delivery dates and production timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk transfers upon delivery/collection as applicable.

5. Custom work and customer materials

For custom prints/prototyping, you confirm you have rights to submitted files and instructions. You are responsible for technical and legal suitability of submitted designs.

Buildplate may refuse jobs involving prohibited, unsafe, or infringing content.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Privacy & Refund Policy at /legal/privacy-refund. Custom and made-to-order items may not be cancellable/refundable once production starts, subject to applicable UAE law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Buildplate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
